Returns and Withdrawal

You have a legal right of withdrawal that you may exercise according to the provisions of RDL 1/2007 art. 97.1.j, provided that you meet the requirements set forth in those articles, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.
The general refund policy of Herederos de Maximiliano, S.L. allows you to return the order within thirty (30) days from the delivery of the Products, without having to justify a reason or pay any penalty, in accordance with articles 97.1.k, 102 and 104 of RDL 1/2007. Once this period has expired, you may not exercise your right of withdrawal.

Modalities of exercising the right of withdrawal

You have the possibility to fill in and transmit your withdrawal request online, via our email to maximiliano@maximilianojabugo.com or by contacting our Customer Service Department on 900 190 000. You will then receive within 24-48 hours an e-mail with the confirmation of your withdrawal.

Restrictions on the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of RDL 1/2007 art. 97.1.m, you may exercise your right of withdrawal of orders of products without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.

Consequences linked to the right of withdrawal

Within the framework of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or in case of non-conformity of the Product, you may return the Product(s) purchased by requesting an exchange or refund according to the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Free return procedure

Products must be returned from a country within the Delivery Zone and in the manner set forth below. Herederos de Maximiliano shall not be liable for any losses, damages and/or delays related to returns made from a country outside the Delivery Zone and/or which do not comply with the following conditions.

In the context of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Products must be returned in their original condition and with their complete original packaging (the orange box and/or the shipping box).

The return of a Product, in case of exchange or refund request, is free of charge. To do so, you must return the Products to us via our shipping company within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from your withdrawal request, using our pre-paid return label system. Please contact our customer service department at 900 190 000 or through our e-mail address maximiliano@maximilianojabugo.com to process the return of your Product:


- Indicate the Products you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return;
- choose the method of shipment: delivery of the package to the carrier's collection point or collection of the package at home, after agreeing on the time of collection;


If you cannot or do not wish to use the pre-paid return label service, please contact our Customer Service, who will register your return. You will then have a maximum of thirty (30) days from the registration of the return to send the product to the address provided by our Customer Service.

In this case, we strongly advise you to take out the insurance proposed by your shipping service. You shall be solely responsible for the return of the Products and Herederos de Maximiliano, S.L shall not be held liable in case of loss, damage, shipment to the wrong address or delay in the delivery of a Product that is not returned using the prepaid return label service proposed by Herederos de Maximiliano, S.L.

Exchanges:

In case of exchange, please specify in the specific field the Product(s) you wish to receive as an exchange for your order.
If you wish to reserve the chosen Product(s), we invite you to contact our Customer Service.
If the amount of the Product(s) chosen in exchange is higher than the amount of the Product(s) returned, you must pay the difference in price by credit card using our secure payment service. Please note that we do not accept payments by Bizum and Klarna to pay the price difference that occurs due to an exchange.

If the amount of the Product(s) chosen in exchange has a lower value than the amount of the Product(s) returned, Herederos de Maximiliano will refund the price difference (please note that for gifts, the refund may be requested only by the customer who has purchased the gift, with the amount paid being refunded to his bank account), in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

In case of returning your order for exchange and if you have chosen a payment delivery with our shipping company, the new shipment will be free of charge.
Please note that the exchange will be made within seventy-two (72) working hours from the time of receipt of the product(s).

Refunds

In the event of a refund request, please note that the refund will be made within seventy-two (72) business hours from the time of receipt of the product(s). You will receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund, including the shipping costs of the initial order, will be made by the same payment method used at the time of placing the order as well as in the same currency used by the customer to pay for the order.
However, please note that your bank may take up to ten (10) business days to reimburse your card, depending on processing times. These times vary depending on the issuer of your card, so it is not in our hands to accelerate a process beyond our control.

Gifts purchased through the Site maximilianojabugo.com

Third parties who receive gifts purchased through the Site may only exchange the Products through the return procedure of the Site. Therefore, only the customer who has purchased the gift may request a refund under the right of withdrawal (insofar as it can only be refunded to the bank account of the person who placed the order).
In such a case, it is only possible to exchange the Products for other Products of the same or higher value (the difference in price shall be borne by the third party beneficiary of the gift). The third party beneficiary must contact our Customer Service, who will register the exchange and send by e-mail the prepaid return label.

Return, exchange and refund terms for orders paid with Cash on Delivery.

If you request a refund for an order paid by Cash on Delivery, an account number will be requested for the crediting of the order amount.
