If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of 15 days to return it. To make the return you just have to call 900 1900 00 and send us the product, which must be unused and with its original seal and packaging intact. Once received and after checking the merchandise, the amount will be refunded to your card, if that is how you made the purchase, or by bank transfer to the account number that you indicate to us, if the purchase was made cash on delivery.
